The House of India Fashion and Jewelry program is designed to help South Asian based retailers, designers, and jewelers be able to reach their target audience in the largest South Asian apparel multi-vendor marketplace in the world. Look to compete with other South Asian brands and drive organic growth and traffic through our marketplace. We look to reward and promote our best selling brands and also promote brands with a larger number of listings.

Seller Sign Up Walkthrough

See the directions below for step by step instructions on how to sign up for House of India.

  • Navigate to Seller Login

  • Go to https://home-of-india.sp-seller.webkul.com/index.php?p=login 

  • Click “Join Now”

  • Click on “Join Now” under the seller login pane

  • Create your Account

  • Create your account by filling out the Seller Name, Email, and Password fields and click “Create Account”.

    Congratulations! You have successfully signed up for House of India and are now ready to start entering your products.

  • Navigate through the admin portal.

  • The navigation menu is on the top of the page, if your screen is too small then click on the top right hand corner hamburger button for the full drop down menu.

    From the menu you can navigate to all of the options in the admin console.

    In the product options you will be able to navigate your product catalog, manage your product tags, product types, collections, and smart collections.

    Collections are the product categories that are available for you to list your products in. 

    Choose from the available and relevant collections for retailers.

    We recommend the books collection for authors, use product tags to be able to add your books to the appropriate genres.

    In the order menu you will be able to see all of your orders, payments, and invoices.

    In the profile menu you will be able to manage your seller’s profile including your seller profile page and account settings.


  • Customize Your Store Page and Information

  • Customize your page by filling out the account details  including your email, your name, your name under the seller shop name, your address, city, country, and zip code, under the store address fields, your contact number under seller contact, and your store’s description under short store description. 

    Upload a picture of yourself and your store’s profile picture on the right hand menu.

    You can also change your password and navigate to your store’s profile using the right hand green buttons available under the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  • List your Products and Service Catalog

  • Click on the PRODUCTS drop down in the navigation bar. Here is where you can list your products.

    To view your full product catalog select product listings from the products drop down.

    To add new products to your product catalog click on the green + ADD PRODUCT button.

    Add a product by filling out the fields including title, description, image, product type, product tags, weight, price, and collection.

    A collection relates to the product categories shown in House of India.

     Choose from the available and relevant collections. We recommend the following collections: children’s clothes, men’s fashion, and women’s fashion.

    Assign a Collection

    Assign your collections in the bottom right corner of the add product page under the product image upload panel.

    Manage Your Product Tags

    Fashion and Jewelry Collections

    Choose from these product tags to add your inventory into when listing your products. 

    A product tag is synonymous with a product category.

    Site Visit
